Introducing the Unbound GATEWAY v3.4

We will start releasing The Unbound Gateway v3.4 software release to all our customers today. It will take about a week for all devices to be enabled for this update. However, for this release to work correctly, it is essential that ALL your ZapperBox devices be updated to v3.4. We must also enable the Multi-Room DRM feature for all your devices.
Since many devices are purchased from Amazon, we may not have ALL your device IDs. If you get a software update notice on only one of your ZapperBox devices, please email us at [email protected]with all your other ZapperBox device IDs so we can enable them all.
This software release marks a significant milestone in bringing all the capabilities of the ATSC 1.0 DVR ecosystem to the ATSC 3.0 transition.
